Our Team
Kathleen Rukavina
Executive Producer
Kathleen is a writer and producer, with over 25 years experience in strategic communications, marketing, public affairs and media relations.
Raised by a family of storytellers, she channeled her natural curiosity and love for shaping narrative into a career writing and conceptualizing stories for advertising, commercials, newsmagazines, speeches and corporate and government communications - across all forms of media.
In 2017, she saw an opportunity to combine her communications expertise with her vast experience coaching executives and politicians for on-camera interviews, and joined forces with her talented cinematographer husband to help businesses and organizations modernize their communications with video.
Dražen Rukavina
Director/Cameraman/Editor
Dražen is a lifelong musician who has performed in traditional, pop and rock bands on local and national stages across his homeland of Croatia and many other parts of Europe.
Over 15 years ago, he stepped behind the camera to direct and produce music videos, embarking on a career as a cinematographer. His creativity and visual storytelling led him to directing and producing over 70 music videos for some of Croatia's most prolific musicians and bands, including some with over 8 million views!
His expertise in audio production and determination in selecting music that emotionally connects with audiences have been driving forces behind Long Sleeve Productions' success.
